This report describes policy decision-support-tool FAIR 2.0 (Framework to Asses International Regimes for differentiation of commitments), developed with the aim of assisting policy makers in assessing the environmental and economic implications of international climate regimes for differentiation of future commitment beyond 2012 compatible with the Climate Change Convention objective of stabilising the atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases (Article 2).
