Data

Databases for use in the CCE Environmental Impact Assessment methodology are updated in collaboration with National Focal Centres. A "CCE background database" is used for Parties under the Convention or EC-member States that do not submit data.

The CCE is responsible for the development of modelling methodologies and databases for the integrated assessment of effects of air pollution (under climate change) on biodiversity in European natural areas, including Natura 2000 sites. The CCE collaborates with National Focal Centres and many scientific institutions. Results are successfully used in European air pollution agreements since 1994.
